Dog Walking

This is a service I’ve been offering for over five years, and it’s something I wholeheartedly enjoy. I’ve come to specialise in reactive dogs, but as a dog trainer, I’m happy to take on any behaviourally complex dog. Dogs with less behavioural needs will generally be recommended to other dog walkers.

Dog walking services are available both for regulars and for those seeking assistance for only short periods of time (usually during personal injury or illness).

Please note that I rarely have availability for this service, I’ve usually completely booked out. Please contact me if you are interested.

Pet Visiting/Vacation Care

Another service that I’ve been offering for over five years. I’m insured and experienced in a wide variety of species, including birds, fish, reptiles, livestock, rabbits, rodents and cats of course. I’m able to meet their basic needs (such as providing food and water), as well as some more complex needs like administering medication.

Please note that there are a number of strict requirements for this service to ensure your pets safety and welfare are of the highest priority. Please contact me if you are interested.

Training for Other Species

I am qualified to train not just dogs, but other species as well. I’ve trained chickens in emergency recalls, rabbits in cooperative grooming, goats with needle phobias and many more! This service is heavily discounted compared to the dog training services, and is occasionally offered free of charge (especially with species I have limited experience with).

These sessions are generally the highlight of my week, so don’t hesitate to contact me if you are interested. Please note that I generally refer cats, horses and birds to specialist trainers, especially for more complex problems.

Reptile Services

I have over seven years experience with reptiles, including time spent working in captive reptile facilities. Our native reptile species are my first passion. I’m available for both husbandry advice and behavioural assistance.

Reptile sessions are generally heavily discounted compared to the dog training services, and are occasionally offered free of charge (especially with species I have limited experience with). Please note that I am not insured to work with dangerously venomous reptiles, so I unfortunately cannot accept any jobs involving these species.
